How much does InstaAuto cost?
Free (₹0) gives 500 DMs a month. Starter is ₹199/month (3,000 DMs), Pro is ₹499/month (15,000 DMs, 3 accounts) and Agency is ₹1,499/month (75,000 DMs, 10 accounts). Yearly billing gives 2 months free. Pricing is flat, not per contact.
How do I pay?
Through Razorpay with UPI, debit or credit cards. All prices are in Indian rupees.
What is the 24-hour messaging window?
Meta only lets businesses message a person within 24 hours of that person's last interaction (a comment, DM, story reply or mention). InstaAuto replies inside that window and never messages people who have not interacted with you.
Why can a comment only get one DM?
Meta allows one private reply per comment, sent within 7 days of the comment. After that, the conversation continues only if the person replies to your DM.
Can InstaAuto get my account banned?
No tool can promise zero risk, and anyone who does is overselling. InstaAuto lowers the risk by using the official Instagram API with Meta-approved permissions, respecting the 24-hour window and rate limits, and having no broadcast feature. Spammy content, misleading links or excessive keyword baiting can still get flagged by Instagram, so keep your DMs genuinely useful.
Can I send bulk DMs or a broadcast to all followers?
No. Unsolicited bulk messaging is against Meta's rules, so InstaAuto does not offer it.
Which Instagram accounts are supported?
Professional accounts: Business or Creator. Personal accounts are not supported by the Instagram API. You can switch to a Professional account for free in Instagram settings.
Do I need to give my Instagram password?
No. You connect through the official Instagram Login screen, and you can remove access any time from Instagram settings.
What languages can the AI reply in?
English, Hindi, Hinglish, or auto-match the language the customer writes in. The AI uses the business information you provide and only replies when no rule matches.
What happens when I hit my monthly DM limit?
Automated replies pause until your limit resets next month or you upgrade. Upgrades apply right away.
Can I manage several Instagram accounts?
Yes. Pro covers 3 accounts and Agency covers 10, each with its own rules, leads and analytics.
Do you offer refunds?

How do I delete my data?
You can request deletion of your account and Instagram data. See /data-deletion for the steps.
Is there a referral program?
Yes. Share your referral link and earn 30% recurring commission on paid plans you refer, paid manually via UPI.
