Story reply and mention triggers

Send a DM when someone replies to your story (giveaway entries, polls, "send me this") or mentions you in their own story (a thank-you or a discount).

Link buttons and quick replies

Add up to 3 URL buttons to a DM so people tap instead of copying links, or quick-reply buttons to guide the conversation.

Ask-to-follow gate

The DM shows an "I followed ✅" button. When tapped, InstaAuto checks whether the person actually follows you before sending the link. If not, it asks again. Available on Starter and above.

Lead capture

Ask for an email address or phone number inside the DM. Replies are saved to your Leads list, which you can export as CSV for your CRM or email tool. Starter and above.

Link click tracking

Links in your DMs become short tracked /r/ links, so you can see clicks per rule and know which reel actually sent traffic. Pro and above.

Analytics

Daily DMs sent, comments replied, clicks and leads for the last 30 days, per account. Pro and above.

AI replies

When a DM matches no rule, AI (powered by OpenAI) answers using the business info you provide: prices, timings, policies. Choose English, Hindi, Hinglish, or auto-match the customer's language.

Multiple accounts

Built to follow Meta's rules

Instagram automation is only safe if it stays inside Meta's platform policies. InstaAuto is designed around them rather than around workarounds:

Official API only. Instagram Login with the instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_manage_messages and instagram_business_manage_comments permissions. No passwords stored, no browser bots.
24-hour messaging window. Messages go only to people who interacted with you in the last 24 hours.
One private reply per comment, sent within 7 days of the comment.
No broadcasts. InstaAuto deliberately has no "message everyone" feature. Unsolicited bulk DMs get accounts restricted.
Rate limits respected. Instagram's API limits apply to every tool; InstaAuto works within them.

Frequently asked questions

Which Instagram accounts work with InstaAuto?

Instagram Professional accounts, either Business or Creator. Personal accounts cannot use the Instagram messaging API; switching to Professional is free in Instagram settings.

Do I need a Facebook Page?

No. InstaAuto connects through Instagram Login, the official Instagram API flow, so you log in with your Instagram account directly.

Which features are on the free plan?

The free plan includes 500 DMs a month, 1 account, 3 rules and 25 AI replies, with a small "Powered by InstaAuto" line in DMs. Follow gate and lead capture start on Starter; analytics and click tracking on Pro.

Can InstaAuto send a message to all my followers?

No. Meta does not allow unsolicited bulk messaging, so InstaAuto has no broadcast feature. It only replies to people who comment, DM, reply to your story or mention you.

What languages can the AI reply in?

English, Hindi, Hinglish, or auto-match the language the customer writes in.
