1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of InstaAuto (https://instaauto.in), operated by Axonova Technologies, India. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
InstaAuto lets owners of Instagram professional accounts automate replies to direct messages and comments using keyword rules and optional AI-generated replies, through Meta's official Instagram API.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to manage each Instagram account you connect.
- You are responsible for the content of your automated replies and must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use, Meta Platform Terms and applicable law.
- No spam, harassment, misleading content, or messaging people who have not contacted you first.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
4. Plans, Billing & Limits
Paid plans are billed monthly in INR via Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan has limits on accounts, rules, messages and AI replies, which reset monthly. If a renewal payment fails, paid features remain available for a short grace period, after which the account moves to the Free plan. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. AI Replies
AI replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Review your business information and instructions carefully; you remain responsible for replies sent from your account.
6. Availability
The service depends on Meta's APIs, which may change or be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for actions Meta takes on your Instagram account.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. The service is provided "as is".
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
