Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

InstaAuto offers a Free plan so you can try the service before paying.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time by emailing support@instaauto.in. No further renewals will be charged after cancellation.

3. Refunds

• If you are charged and the service does not work for you, request a refund within 7 days of the charge for a full refund of that billing period.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.
• Partial months after 7 days are not refunded, but you keep paid features until the end of the period.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.
